The dress code for male and female guests of the Wyndham Club VIP Hospitality Package is strict, with it based within the Royal Enclosure, one of the numerous iconic enclosures located at Ascot Racecourse.
Gentlemen: Morning dress of black, grey, or navy material, a waistcoat and necktie (patterns of a patriotic nature, for example, a national flag, are acceptable, a black or grey top hat, and black dress shoes with socks that must cover the ankle.
Note that you can remove your top hat in the restaurant, the private box, an enclosed external seating area, a terrace, a balcony, or a garden.
Ladies: A dress or a top with a skirt that is falling just above the knee or longer (lace and chiffon fabrics are permitted), a jacket or pashmina (All tops and dresses beneath must still comply with the dress code), a trouser suite of matching material and colour, a jumpsuit that falls below the knee and complies with the shoulder strap requirements (Minimum width of 1 inch/2.5cm), and hats that need to be worn. Headpieces and hatinators must have a minimum base diameter of 4 inches (10cm).
