Where is the Trackside Restaurant Package located at Royal Ascot for 2027?
The Trackside Restaurant is located on the Concourse Level of the Grandstand, just beyond the Winning Post. Its position provides guests with convenient access to many of the racing and hospitality experiences available within the prestigious Royal Enclosure.
Guests can use the restaurant and their private table as a comfortable hospitality base throughout the day while remaining well positioned to experience the atmosphere and action of the Royal Meeting.

Unlike Royal Ascot’s higher-level Grandstand restaurants, Trackside provides a hospitality base closer to the main concourse and surrounding raceday activity. This makes it particularly appealing to guests who want to enjoy premium dining and hospitality while also spending plenty of time exploring the Royal Enclosure and experiencing the racing.
What are the dress code requirements for the Trackside Restaurant VIP Hospitality for Royal Ascot?
Located in the luxurious and prestigious Royal Enclosure, the dress code you and your guests/clients must adhere to at the Trackside Restaurant VIP Hospitality facility is strict for all male and female guests.
Gentlemen: Morning dress of black, grey, or navy material, a waistcoat and neck tie (patterns of a patriotic nature, for example, a national flag, are acceptable), a black or grey top hat, and some black dress shoes that are worn whilst covering the ankle at all times.
You can take your top hat off in a restaurant or private box, as well as within an enclosed external seating area, terrace, balcony, or garden.
Ladies: A dress or top with skirt that is falling just above the knee or longer (lace chiffon fabrics are permitted), a jacket or pashmina, a trouser suit of matching material and colour, a jumpsuit that falls below the knee and complies with the shoulder strap requirements (minimum base width of 1 inch/2.5cm), whilst hats must be worn – headpieces and hatinators must be of a minimum base diameter of 4 inches/10cm.
