Royal Ascot Private Box FAQs
What size groups are Royal Ascot Private Boxes suitable for?
Royal Ascot Private Boxes are particularly suited to businesses, larger private parties and groups wanting their own exclusive space for the day. Eventmasters’ Private Box options can accommodate groups from 12 guests, with larger configurations available for parties of up to 36 guests, subject to availability.
A Private Box provides a dedicated environment in which your party can dine, socialise and entertain together, together with a private viewing balcony and dedicated hospitality service. For businesses entertaining clients or groups celebrating a special occasion, it provides considerably more privacy than a shared restaurant environment.

Why choose a Private Box instead of a shared Royal Ascot restaurant?
A Royal Ascot Private Box gives your party an exclusive hospitality space for the day, providing greater privacy and flexibility than a shared restaurant. Your guests can dine and socialise together while enjoying dedicated hospitality service and access to a private viewing balcony.
