What is the dress code for the Furlong Club VIP Hospitality Package?
Like the other VIP Hospitality facilities at Royal Ascot, our Furlong Club package also has a strict dress code for all to abide by.
Starting with Gentlemen, male guests will need to wear a suit with a collared shirt and tie, whilst jackets and trousers should be of a matching colour and pattern. Socks must be worn at all times and must cover the ankles. Bow ties, cravats, jeans, chinos, and trainers are all unacceptable.
Boys aged 13 to 16 should wear a jacket or suit with a shirt and tie, whilst younger boys aged 12 or younger should dress smartly but are not required to wear a jacket or tie.
As for Ladies, female guests can wear a dress or top and skirt, with shoulder or halter neck straps (lace and chiffon fabrics are permitted with no minimum length), a trouser suit of matching material and colour, a jumpsuit that falls below the knee and complies with the shoulder strap requirements, as well as a hat, headpiece or fascinator that is to be worn at all times.
Girls aged 10 to 16 should dress for a formal occasion, with a smart summer dress suggested. Additionally, hats, fascinators, and headpieces are not compulsory.
