The Village Chalets, ideally situated on the Heath, offer guests a corporate hospitality experience like no other. Standing right beside the track with stunning views looking back towards the famous Grandstand, guests can relish being at the very heart of the action on race day. With a delectable four course luncheon, an all-day complimentary bar and an exquisite afternoon tea serving available, attendees will certainly be spoilt rotten on this venerable social occasion. You and your guests will also enjoy a memorable night of country music from ‘One Night in Nashville’.

Bookings can be made for a minimum of thirty guests.

• Reserved table for the day (private tables of 10 or more, smaller parties will be placed on a shared table)

• Four course lunch, starter with main course served at the table, followed by buffet style dessert and cheeses

• Once racing is finished, One Night In Nashville will take to the Main Stage, bringing the day to a close with the UK’s #1 and only true Downtown-Nashville & Honky Tonk Experience.

Yes – our Village Chalet VIP Hospitality Package is indeed available for you and your guests/clients for all five days of Royal Ascot in 2027 at Ascot Racecourse from Tuesday 15th June to Saturday 19th June 2027. Though this is subject to availability.

What does the Village Chalet VIP Hospitality Package include for Royal Ascot in 2027?

Our Village Chalet VIP Hospitality Package is there to enhance your and your clients’ day at Royal Ascot in 2027, and it has plenty on offer to make your experience of this event unforgettable.

It includes: Enclosure access, a reserved table in the chalet for the day, a No.1 Pimm’s Reception, a Four course lunch, starter with main course served at the table followed by a buffet style dessert and cheeses, whilst there is also a complimentary bar (excluding champagne), Post-racing music (One Night In Nashville on the Main Stage), one car parking label per two guests, a racecard, and finally racing papers.

Please also note that the capacity is 30 guests with private tables catering for up to 10 guests each. Smaller parties will be placed on a shared table.

What is the dress code for the Village Chalet VIP Package at Royal Ascot for 2027?

There is a strict dress code for both male and female guests for the Village Chalet VIP Hospitality Package, which is located in the Village Enclosure.

Gentlemen: A suit jacket or blazer (can be of different material to the trousers), a full length trouser or chino, a collared shirt, a neck tie, bow tie, or cravat (patterns of a patriotic nature, for example a national flag, are acceptable), as well as socks that are to be worn to cover the ankle at all times.

Ladies: A dress or top and skirt, with shoulder or halter neck straps (lace and chiffon fabrics are permitted, with no minimum length), trouser suits are welcome and should be of matching material and colour, jumpsuits should fall below the knee and must comply with the above strap requirements, and finally, a hat, headpiece, or fascinator.
