This package includes: Private tables for between two and twelve guests, Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Champagne 2015 and canapés on arrival, a four-course luncheon presented by two Michelin star chef Raymond Blanc OBE, a complimentary bar throughout the day including Moët & Chandon Impérial Champagne and cocktails, a selection of fine wines paired by our official sommelier for each course with a selection of liqueurs to follow, Raymond Blanc Afternoon tea served with Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial Champagne, one car park label per couple, a racecard, a racing paper, betting facilities, and a tipster.
What is the dress code for the Panoramic Restaurant Hospitality Package?
The Panoramic Restaurant, like other VIP hospitality facilities at Ascot Racecourse, will have a strict dress code for Royal Ascot’s return in 2027.
Starting with Gentlemen, male guests may wear a morning dress in black, grey, or navy, along with a waistcoat, necktie, and a black or grey top hat. Also, black dress shoes are to be worn with socks that cover the ankle. Top hats can be removed in a restaurant, a private box, in an enclosed seating area, or in a terrace, a balcony, or a garden.
Boys aged 13 to 17 are to wear a suit or jacket with a shirt and tie. As for younger boys aged 12 or younger, they should still dress smartly, but they are not required to wear a jacket or tie.
Meanwhile, Ladies can wear a dress or a top with a skirt that falls just above the knee or longer (lace and chiffon fabrics are permitted, strapless and sheer strap dresses are NOT allowed. Additionally, a jacket or pashmina can be worn, but any tops and dresses worn underneath must comply with the dress code.
Trouser suits must be of matching material and colour, whilst jumpsuits must fall below the knee and comply with the shoulder strap requirements (minimum width of 1 inch/2.5cm). Hats must also be worn, with headpieces and hatinators having a minimum base diameter of 4 inches (10cm).
As for girls who are aged 17 or younger, they need to be dressed for a formal occasion, with a smart summer dress suggested. However, hats, headpieces, and hatinators can be worn, but they are NOT required.
