Is the Ascot Village Hospitality Package available for each day of Royal Ascot in 2027?

No, the Ascot Village Package is available for four of the five days of Royal Ascot in 2027, from Tuesday 15th June to Friday 18th June 2027. It is not available on the fifth and final day of the latest iteration of Royal Ascot on Saturday, 19th June 2027.

What is included in the Ascot Village Hospitality Package for Royal Ascot?

Our VIP Ascot Village Hospitality Package offers plenty of amenities to enhance your and your guests/clients’ collective experiences of the action on the track.

You will enjoy Village Enclosure access, a reserved table, welcome prosecco Brut, a multi-course lunch at your table (starter and main) with dessert and cheeses at the buffet, a complimentary bar (excluding Champagne), themed afternoon tea (buffet), live post-racing entertainment, parking for every two guests, a race card, and a racing paper.

Please also note that for your reserved table, parties of 8 or more guests will be offered a private table, whilst groups of fewer than 8 are allocated space on a shared table.

Where is the Ascot Village Hospitality located at Ascot Racecourse?

Our VIP Ascot Village Hospitality Package is located in a prime location at Ascot Racecourse. At Royal Ascot in 2027, it will be situated within the Village Enclosure, opposite the famous Grandstand with wonderful views of the final straight.

You and your guests/clients will not miss a moment of the enthralling action on the track with this package.

What is the dress code for the Ascot Village Hospitality Package?

Starting with male guests, Gentlemen are asked to wear a suit jacket or a blazer (can be a different material to the trousers), full-length trousers or chinos, a collared shirt, a necktie, bow tie, or cravat, whilst socks are to be worn at all times and they should cover the ankle.

As for female guests, Ladies can wear a dress or top and shirt with shoulder or halter neck straps (lace and chiffon fabrics are permitted, with no length restrictions), whilst trouser suits are welcome and must be of a matching material and colour.

Jumpsuits should fall below the knee and comply with the above shoulder strap requirements, whilst a hat, headpiece, or fascinator must be worn at all times.
